Payment Information — billing-related details necessary to confirm subscriptions, renewals, and program access. Card and banking credentials are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store complete payment credentials.
Communications — messages, support inquiries, and correspondence you send to us through official support channels.
Engagement Information — limited information about how you interact with our communications, sessions, and learning materials, which helps us improve our services.
Technical Information — basic device and access information collected automatically when you use our online services.

We do not request or knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary and consented to. We do not collect information about your live brokerage accounts, trading balances, or account credentials.

We do not use member information for purposes unrelated to operating Viralix Trading Society.

Members are also responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials, including their Discord account and any brokerage or trading platform accounts, which are entirely separate from our services.

Viralix Trading Society's paid programs and any content referencing live-market execution are intended for adults. Individuals under the legal age required to open a brokerage account in their jurisdiction should not attempt to trade real capital, and any participation by minors in our free educational community requires appropriate parental awareness and consent.
