This policy outlines the precise parameters governing refunds across all Viralix Trading Society purchases, aligned with the terms outlined on our program pages and at checkout. Review these conditions thoroughly prior to enrollment.

1. The Full Blueprint: The 10-Day Equipped Guarantee

Enrolling in The Full Blueprint unlocks an explicit 10-day onboarding checklist designed to build momentum from day one. You must complete every mandatory action:

• Open and verify a demo trading account on a supported platform.
• Set up a trade journal (spreadsheet or app) and configure risk-per-trade settings.
• Complete the foundational risk-management and market-structure modules.
• Log and submit your first batch of practice (demo) trades.

1.1 When a refund applies

If you finish every task on the checklist yet your setup fundamentally fails to function, submit your completed tracker along with account confirmations and journal entries within 14 days of your purchase date.

We will choose to either:

• Troubleshoot and repair your configuration directly, or
• Refund your initial starter fee.

The starter fee represents a one-time onboarding charge bundled into your chosen Full Blueprint tier (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). It is billed once, not recurrently. Guarantee payouts apply exclusively to this initial setup fee rather than total plan billing.

1.2 What the guarantee covers (and what it does not)

Covers: Technical configuration, community access, and completion of the foundational onboarding checklist.

Does not cover: Trading profits or losses of any kind. Subsequent trading results depend entirely on your own decisions, risk management, and market conditions. This is not an earnings or profit guarantee.

1.3 How to request a guarantee refund

Reach out through the official support channel pinned in our Discord community, including:

• Your registered checkout email and active subscription tier.
• Verifiable proof of full checklist completion (demo account confirmation, journal entries, and progress notes).
• A concise explanation of the technical blockage preventing your progress.

Submissions are audited against our operational checklist. Validated refunds route back to the original funding source whenever payment processors permit.

2. General policy: digital products

Viralix Trading Society distributes immediate digital assets, including online curriculum, community access, resource libraries, and mentorship access, upon transaction clearance.

Except where explicit written guarantees govern an offer (detailed in Sections 1 and 3), all transactions are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

No refunds are issued under these circumstances:

• Changes of heart or shifting personal schedules.
• Claims of insufficient time or failure to begin the coursework.
• Stalled progress driven by inactivity or refusal to follow the framework.
• Dissatisfaction with community culture, instructional style, or required effort levels.
• Trading losses of any kind, whether on a demo account, personal capital, or a funded/prop-firm account.

3. Viralix Accelerator: The Execution Guarantee

Viralix Accelerator operates under an independent execution guarantee finalized during pre-enrollment. Summary of core criteria (full metrics provided upon acceptance):

• Attend a minimum of 20 out of 24 live sessions (via live attendance or recorded review with submitted action notes).
• Submit weekly trade journal entries for review.
• Execute assigned weekly risk-management and structure tasks across the entire 8-week curriculum.

Meeting all criteria while still having no repeatable, rules-based process by the program's end triggers a 50% refund of program tuition (₱12,500). This guarantee is about execution and process, never about trading profits, which are never guaranteed.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

The Full Blueprint Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly plans can be terminated at any moment by contacting our support channel. Cancellation halts upcoming recurring charges but does not retroactively refund active billing cycles already underway.

• Monthly: ₱1,999 to start (includes a one-time ₱1,000 starter fee plus ₱999 for the first month); then ₱799/month on renewal.
• Quarterly: ₱3,499 to start (includes a one-time ₱1,200 starter fee plus ₱2,299 for your first 3 months); then ₱2,299 every 3 months on renewal.
• Yearly: ₱7,999 to start (includes a one-time ₱2,000 starter fee plus ₱5,999 for the first year); then ₱5,999/year on renewal.

5. Risk disclaimer

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Past results referenced anywhere on our site or in our community are not indicative of future performance. No refund is available on the basis of trading losses, missed profits, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes.
