By accessing or using any Viralix Trading Society ("we," "us," "our") community, website, or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Viralix Trading Society provides educational content about trading, market structure, risk management, and Smart Money Concepts. Nothing we publish — in our free community, The Full Blueprint, Viralix Accelerator, or any other program — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific financial instrument. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Any results, testimonials, or figures referenced by members or in our materials are individual outcomes and are not typical or guaranteed. Past performance is never indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
Our paid programs are intended for adults capable of entering into a binding agreement and, where applicable, capable of legally opening a brokerage or trading account in their jurisdiction. Our free community is open more broadly but any live-market trading discussed within it is intended for eligible adults only.
Members of our Discord community and programs agree to act respectfully, avoid harassment, avoid sharing unlicensed financial advice as if it were guaranteed fact, and avoid promoting unrelated services, schemes, or unauthorized signal groups. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards, without refund where consistent with our Refund Policy.
Paid programs are billed directly by our team through bank transfer, GCash, or InstaPay, as described on our How to Join page. Access is confirmed manually after payment is verified. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
All curriculum, resources, branding, and materials provided through Viralix Trading Society are owned by us or licensed for our use. Members may use materials for personal learning only and may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish our curriculum without written permission.
Our community and programs are delivered in part through third-party platforms such as Discord. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of these third-party platforms, or for any broker, exchange, or trading platform you choose to use independently of us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viralix Trading Society and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our educational content, community, or programs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
